The apartment building responds to a brief of live/ work and play by incorporating a mixture of single level and penthouse duplex apartments with signature roof gardens, the complex has been designed with amenities such as pool, bar and gymnasium accessible to residents and the public on a membership basis. 

Situated on a small site in the centre of Accra, The Yellow responds to the demands of city living by providing adequate basement parking, loft style duplex apartments whilst embracing the indoor/ outdoor living the local climate offers.
